Pre-Cut Shims

Pre-Cut Shims - ZMT SHIMS have been permanently marked for size, each shim etched for exact thickness (not the "industry standard" which can be off several thousandths). This ensures that you will get the thickness you desire without having to use a micrometer. ZMT SHIMS are deburred to better maintain flatness, accuracy, and for safer handling.

ZMT SHIMS have a unique tab design that makes them easier to handle. ZMT SHIM KITS are packaged in heavy gauge metal boxes with marked plastic dividers; an optional Shim Organizer will keep shims upright and neatly in place.

Portable Jack-Bolt System

The Portable Jack Bolt System will help reduce alignment time, increase accuracy and work more efficiently than any other method of horizontal alignment positioning. Simply install the Jack Shim under each foot of the motor much as you would a standard shim. In seconds the Portable Jack Bolt attaches to Jack shim and you're ready to go.

ZM Technologies offers a broad range of undercut bolt (Alignment Bolts) sizes. High strength bolts are machined down to provide maximun clearance. These products can be purchased separately or in kits.
