Pre-Cut Shims

Pre-Cut Shims - ZMT SHIMS have been permanently marked for size, each shim etched for exact thickness (not the "industry standard" which can be off several thousandths), This ensures that you will get the thickness you desire without having to use a micrometer. ZMT SHIMS are deburred to better maintain flatness, accuracy, and for safer handling.

ZMT SHIMS have a unique tab design that makes them easier to handle. ZMT SHIMS are sold in packs of twenty or as four different kits; an optional Shim Organizer will keep shims upright and neatly in place. A Mini kit, an Economy Kit, a Standard Kit, or an Efficiency Kit are available in all shim sizes.

Pre-Cut Shims are available in four standard sizes:

Size A - 2 X 2 with 5/8" slot

Size B - 3 X 3 with 11/16" slot

Size C - 4 X 4 with 1-1/4" slot

Size D - 5 X 5 with 1-5/8" slot
