ZM Technologies manufactures a wide range of products all designed to lower maintenance costs.

We manufacture Alignment Products which include ZMT Pre-Cut shims, an exclusive ZMT Portable Jack- Bolt System ,and our reduced shank Alignment bolts. The Pre-Cut shims are permanently marked with the exact size and thickness. The Portable Jack-Bolt System allows for faster and better horizontal alignment. You can eliminate the need to re-drill or machine your motor or base caused by bolt bound situations with our reduced shank Alignment bolts and cut your own shims with a variety of shim roll stock.

We developed the Equiprotector, an electronic device that will protect a pump or any rotating equipment from running dry, empty or any overload condition that could damage equipment. This small, electronic device is easily mounted to any existing motor control panel. It will detect motor current and will react to any underload or overload condition. There is no equipment, plumbing, or electrical modifications necessary in order to protect your pump , conveyer, finisher, fan or any other piece of equipment.

ZM Technologies designs and manufactures Mechanical Seals for any Sanitary Process, Paper & Paperstock Process, and most ANSI Process application. For over 15 years we have specialized in sanitary designs for sanitary applications. These same concepts have also proven to work well in the Paper and ANSI industries.

ZM Technologies is a one stop shop for OEM Replacement Pump Parts, compatible with most sanitary process pumps such as Tri-Clover^®, Waukesha^®, Fristam^®, and APV. Additoinally, ZM Technologies' shop can do complete rebuilds for Waukesha^® Pumps, Sine pumps, and other sanitary pumps as well.

We offer proprietary design and concepts to treat Industrial Process Wastewater. Our skid-mounted units can treat up to 1.5 million gallons of waste per day. Our unique processes also allow us to neutralize alkaline and acid waste without the use of acid, caustic or other chemicals. Our systems are chemical free and thus do not require hazardous material permits. They are environmentally friendly and easy to install and use.
